You remain the motor carrier of record and are solely responsible for the safe, legal, and compliant operation of your equipment, for maintaining your authority and insurance, and for the final acceptance of any load. Rayan Dispatch does not take possession of freight and is not a motor carrier or freight broker of record for loads it dispatches on your behalf.

7. Limitation of Liability
